KYC, Account Security and Account Levels Explained

Why identity verification is required, how to complete the two-step KYC in a few minutes, how account levels (Starter to Platinum) are calculated, and simple habits that keep your Bynix account safe.

Your account holds real money, so Bynix verifies who you are before the first withdrawal and gives you tools to keep the account secure. Here is how it all works.

Why KYC?

Know-Your-Customer verification protects you: it stops anyone else from withdrawing your funds and lets us restore access if you ever lose your login. Verification is required before your first withdrawal; deposits and trading work without it.

Completing KYC (two steps)

Step 1 — Your details (Profile › KYC)

  1. Full name exactly as on your ID document.
  2. Phone number with country code (for example +880…).
  3. Date of birth — you must be 18 or older.

Step 2 — Documents

  1. Tap Submit documents. The verification opens in a secure window.
  2. Photograph your passport, national ID or driving licence.
  3. Take a quick selfie so we can match it to the document.

Most verifications finish within minutes. The KYC tab shows the live status: Not started, In progress, Pending review, Verified or Rejected (with the reason and a button to try again).

Blurry photos are the number-one reason for a retry. Use good light, hold the document flat and make sure all four corners are visible.

Account levels

Your level is based on your live balance and unlocks a higher maximum stake per trade:

  • STARTER — new accounts; up to $2,500 per trade
  • BRONZE — up to $3,000 per trade
  • SILVER — up to $3,500 per trade
  • GOLD — up to $4,000 per trade
  • PLATINUM — up to $5,000 per trade

Tap the level badge in the account menu to see the balance thresholds and your progress to the next level. Levels update automatically as your balance changes.

Keeping your account safe

  • Use a unique password that you don't use anywhere else, and change it from Profile › Security.
  • Never share the 6-digit codes we e-mail you — Bynix staff will never ask for them.
  • Bookmark bynix.io and check the address before you log in. We never ask for your password over chat or social media.
  • Log out on shared devices. The Activity tab in your profile shows recent logins.
  • Keep your e-mail account secure — it is the recovery channel for your Bynix account.

Time zone and notifications

Set your time zone in Profile › Settings so trade times, history and the chart's clock match your local time. Notification preferences for deposits, withdrawals and KYC updates are in the same place.
